* bundle exec rake db:seed
* JamRuby::User#admin toggles creation/deletion of AdminUser accounts
* Admin accounts have no corresponding JamRuby::User accounts
* Constants::ADMIN_USER_EMAILS creates master admin account from db/seeds.rb
